At the start of the first week we set up the structure of cross-laminated wooden panels and the roofing. An ADVANTAGE of the solid walls is the protection they offer against parasites and rodents entering the walls and house. The walls at the joining points with the foundation slab are protected against water entering the house with a waterproofing tape.
In the second week we finished the roof and installed the windows and balcony door. We waterproofed the bottom of the walls to permanently protect the building from damp seeping from the soil into the house. We then began cladding the walls with insulation.
In the fourth week, the ‘PARTIAL TURNKEY’ phase is completed. We put up the partition walls and installed the electrical and mechanical assemblies. The means of heating can be chosen by the client, the picture shows a underfloor heating system.
In the fifth and sixth week we laid down the ceramic and parquet flooring, installed the interior doors and carried out the painting work. This concluded the ‘KEY IN HAND’ phase and the house is now ready for the furniture to be installed.
